Jeehae Hwang

I got into real estate because I've always been interested in how people build long-term wealth. Growing up, I saw how powerful owning property can be — not just as a place to live, but as a way to create financial security and opportunity over time.

What drew me to investment properties specifically is the long-term impact they can have. The right property, in the right market, can change someone's financial future. Being part of that process — and helping clients make thoughtful decisions — is what motivated me to get licensed.

I'm currently studying Economics at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) while building my real estate career with City Insight Houston. My focus is Downtown Houston, where I work with first-time buyers, renters, and investors who are thinking long-term.

Jeehae set herself apart — she found me not through a referral or job board, but by boldly cold-calling my office. That initiative alone spoke volumes about her drive, resourcefulness, and commitment to creating her own path.

How I Work With Clients

01

Understand Your Goals

Everyone's starting point looks different — cash flow, long-term appreciation, a first home, or a growing portfolio. Before anything else, I want to know what you're actually trying to build.

02

Stay in It Together

The deal closing isn't the finish line. I stay in touch with market updates, check in on your portfolio, and show up when it's time to think about what's next.
